How to track your order

1. Find your shipping confirmation from Elyvon. Check your inbox and spam or junk folder.
2. Find your tracking number (consignment number or CN). This identifies your parcel and is different from your Elyvon order number.
3. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. This is the best place to track your specific parcel. Alternatively, copy your tracking number and enter it on the Leopards website below.

When will my order arrive?

Preparation and courier transit are separate stages. Your shipping confirmation will provide tracking details when your parcel is dispatched. Delivery timing varies by destination and courier service; follow your parcel's tracking link for the latest available updates.
