At elyvon.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following terms and conditions.
7-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original packaging
The product must be in resalable condition
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Opened or used perfumes
Damaged items due to misuse
Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Clear photos or video evidence
Your order number
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer (for COD orders)
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
